Examinations & Attendences

Monthly tests and terminal examination are regularly held throughout that
academic year for all classes. The average of three best tests and Pre-Board
examination of S.S.C, Intermediate and Degree classes is sent to Board of
Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar and University of Peshawar.
The College maintains complete record of every monthly test/terminal test which can
be shown to the parents on their request. The fine for remaining absent from
monthly tests/terminal tests is Rs.50 per subject.
Regular attendance at lectures, and laboratory work is necessary. The names
of the students who remain continuously absent from the classes for 6 days
without prior permission would be removed from the College roll. A student
may be re-admitted on the undertaking of the Parent/Guardian that he shall
remain regular in future and payment of re-admission fee. A 75% attendance is
necessary to make them eligible for Board/University examination. Students are
warned in their own interest that the shortage in attendance shall not be condoned.

Uniform

Rules of Uniform are very strictly observed at the College. Summer Uniform
is white collared shirt, grey trouser, black shoes, black socks and yellow lines
green ground tie. In winter wearing of green coat and grey sweeter is also
necessary. The students are not allowed to wear any badges other than issued by
the College. A student not in proper uniform during the College hours is fined
Rs.20/-.
It must be worn by the students in all College functions, lectures, examinations,
dinning hall. matches, when visiting the town and on all such occasions as
the Authorities may direct.
